The Sole Luna Pizza Journey

Sole Luna Pizza is our family business, started by my wife (Amira) and myself (Daniel) in 2013.

We took the step after working in the best pizzerias in Italy and thinking England could do with some traditional Neapolitan thin-crust pizza.

For us, it's about heritage - a hot wood-fired oven and the best Italian ingredients. From the tomatoes of Mt Vesuvius to the Fiore di latte mozzarella that we use, we aim to put the heart and soul of Italy into every pizza!

Each 10/12" pizza is hand-thrown and cooked at 450 degrees in our 100% natural wood ovens to achieve a smokey char, crisp crust and topping-filled centre.

Homemade tomato sauce, fresh sliced garlic, Basil, oregano and Extra Virgin Olive oil.
